About These Terms
These terms govern your use of the Jeeva Diagnostic & Path Lab website and any diagnostic services you book or receive from us. By using this site or our services, you agree to these terms.
Services
We provide radiology and pathology diagnostic services including CT Scan, Digital X-Ray, Ultrasound, Colour Doppler and laboratory investigations. All investigations are performed by qualified staff and reported by experienced radiologists and pathologists.
Appointments & Reports
Walk-ins are welcome and appointments are recommended. Most reports are available the same day; some specialised investigations may take longer. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you if a delay is expected.
Not a Substitute for Medical Advice
Diagnostic reports are intended to support clinical decisions made by your treating doctor. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified physician regarding your results.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jeeva Diagnostic & Path Lab is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or reliance on general information published on it.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.
